I'm selling them because I got Rainbow front Component Speakers and JL rear deck speakers just installed for a whole new setup. These are just the set I had before when i bought the car and realized how bad the stock speakers were.

for me, for the 7th gen, the 6x9 fit right in, the 6.5 need slight moddin

How much of an improvement in sound quality was there? What kind of modification did you have to do on the 6x5's? I'm looking for that mid range bass and crisper sound quality so if you can answer these questions with pleasing answers, I can most likely guarantee you I will take them off of your hands for $85.

Well, if you are comparing the sound quality from the stock system, then these are 10x better, they hardly distort when the volume is all the way up. When you take out the stock speakers you see that they are just paper. These are a heavier more firm speaker. Defintely sound way better and have some nice sounding bass for inc ar speakers. The rear's fit right into the rear deck, for the 6.5 in the front, no modications really need to be done unless you want. If you want the speaker to sit flush with the inside panel, you will have to cut the sheetmetal just a bit. Or do what I did, which was to just use longer screws and drill right into the sheetmetal(have to drill new holes anyways) and "well la", they work. If who ever purchases them from me, I will be there to help them with the install through IM. I am going to the post office tomorrow, If payment is sent tonight, they will go out tomorrow.

priority is actually a little bit more expensive, If your willing to send over about $15 more then I can send them that way. if thats even enough. Remember priority is 2 days, so pretty quick. [email protected] is my paypal adress
