I may be wrong but PC4200 just indicates the speed of the memory. Its actually faster than the one your using now.

Trade

I got 2 Kingston 512 MB DDR Notebook memory, a total of 1 GB, and are you interested in a trade? One of them is PC2700 333mhz and the other one is PC3200 400mhz. They are running perfect and I used to have a Acer Aspire 3000. Let me know if you are interested and my email is [email protected]

Will it work with a PC? And I'm not interested in the PC2700.

If you are not using DDR2, it wont work, it has more pins, and im almost positive that they are not compatable whatsoever. But if you need pc3200, any mem that is at least that speed will work if it is DDR. Also, slower mem should work also, it would just bogg down your comp, and the rest of the mem installed.
