light up the area in the cubby hole under the stereo 2001 Accord

i had a problem with the dark area where you can store little articles right under the stereo. you all know the little area where you might put the CDs or other small stuff. well i installed some led's in the plate right above. its all done wired up all you need to do is pop down the plate down and wire up the negative wire and postive and your ready to go.

selling the whole plate and wiring.

only $30.00

thank you guys. the light is white. but once its hooked up its about 95% white and 5% light blue. it looks really good. the problem is that i didnt take pics of it when its on the car. i did another mod there and so i wont be able to reinstall it. the wires would hook up to any thing in the car that give you 12v of power. i hooked it up to the illumination wire that would come on when ever i turned on the parking lights or the driving lights. they make the area very bright. its normally black in that cubby hole but with this, it makes it like a mood light but also a functional searching light.

to wire it up all you need to do is ground the grey wire and attach the red to your illumination wire.

im not worried about how to wire them up..but how did you connect the wire to the LED? I see a lot of electrical tape in the picture..also, im guessing the LEDs are on ALL the time, is the length in the wires to tape a switch in?

the wires are pretty much long enough to go up to the wires in the stereo area. i used white led's so that they would be brighter, more for use then for just looks.
the tape is there so that the wires dont touch each other.

once the plate is back in place the wires never get moved around again.

so does anyone else want to buy this?
