Am i asking for too much here??? When i bought this set, cost me around $1300

$1000 for the Teins and around $300 for the stock uppermounts. Remember these come with UPPER MOUNTS so you don't have to take ANYTHING off your old suspension. this is a DIRECT SWAP

Why did you buy stock uppermounts? You could've just used the ones from your car.

You could've spent that $300 on the gold top uppermounts by Teins which allow you to install a EDFC to adjust your shocks.

If you had the gold uppermounts, then I'd understand the price. But you have stock ones...

The ones from tein that are edfc compatible were not available at the time when i had purchased these. I bought upper mounts again so i can swap back during winter so the shocks will last longer considering they usually blow easier in the cold. These have NEVER seen winter and are just sitting in my garage since i had crashed my accord a while ago.

So whats a good price for these to go??

how much without the stock upper mounts? I can just reuse my stock ones, and it takes 5 mins per suspension to take them off.

sorry, i got no use for stock upper mounts since i dont have this car anymore. I'm not looking to sell these without the uppermounts n drop a ridiculous price.

Yea i know, but there's really no big difference between these two unless you going to get a EDFC controller. e-bay has the whole set for about 1300 shipped. ur saving AT LEAST 500 with the price it is at now. And again, just throw me offers, if it's too low, i'll just tell you now its too low thats all. but don't be an a** saying you want these for like $200 cause then it'll just piss me off and would make me want to

To reuse ur mounts, you def need air tools and need to rent a spring compressor. Have you every tried to compress a spring without air tools???? it takes forever. With this setup, you can put them on with just a torque bar. But i'm not standing on $750 firm....I said to make offers......i'm a reasonable person...I can wait another year to get rid of these if i have to.

Thats super ghetto. I don't think i would have the balls to do that. I mean, you can rent the spring compressors for free. and how BIG were the zip ties, they must of been pretty monstrous. And by reg jack i hope u didn't mean the one that comes in the trunk.

LOL, thats because u couldn't find big enough zip ties. But you guys are nuts. Then again, one of my friends used nothing and just shot it against the wall.

the spring rates are different for an I4 and a v6, so you need to be more specific..

No... You don't. All you need is a spring compressor and a set of socket wrenches along with an 8mm combination or open ended wrench. It does not take forever, it takes about 5 - 10 minutes MAX per strut to decompress the spring.

Actually they have the same spring rates. The I4 and V6 applications are the same.

It might not take forever, but still takes a while. 5-10 minutes might be if you have someone hold the strut for you. prob 10-20 min if you're doing it by urself. I've taken top mounts off before, and it took me about 10 minutes to take off and install. Thats 40 min with air tools. without air tools might take you prob 1-2 hours for all four. If you are like me and change stock suspension back on in december and aftermarket in march. Then it's just a pain to keep on doing it. If you want to save a couple of more bucks, sure. But these come with it already at a pretty good price imo.

And thank you for clearing it up for me about the spring rates. Yes they are the same for I4 and V6. Here is the part number from tein website themselves.

DSH94-KUSS2

Where in canada??? Zip code please
