For any lowering springs, it'd be best to run them on aftermarket shocks depending on the roads..BUT s-techs can be put on stock susp. tho

i am on stock shocks with just the s-techs....the ride quality is still pretty good...i've rode in a car with eibach sportlines and the teins ride a whole lot better...you will only really notice a difference if you hit a sunken in manhole cover or driving over railroad tracks ...otherwise the ride is not far from stock...i have no complaints...i will eventually be getting some koni sports to complete the look....would like to go a little lower
