***SOLD***: H&R Race Springs + Koni Yellow 2-way adjustables

hey all, so I am finally moving on...

selling my h&r race springs which i have used for 1.5 years and my koni yellow 2-way adjustables

car application: works with all 6th gens (i4, v6, 2dr, 4dr, 98-02) and whatever the 2nd get CLs/TLs are

KONIS AND H&R RACE'S ARE SOLDDDD

H&R's with stock shocks will drop your car like this: (2.2 front/1.75 rear) [1 finger gap all around]

H&R's with Koni yellows will drop your car like this: (+0,20mm, +0, 20mm rear) making it (~3in front/2.5 rear) [no finger gap front/rear]

the h&r race are awesome, they arent too harsh - i have endured long trips to SD/Riverside and have no complaints. the only thing i would say is: get some coil wraps, the bare metal clasping together gets annoying sometimes.

if you want to read my reviews, i have it in the reviews section here on v6p - all thorough

FINALLY...EVERYTHING IS SOLDDDD

FINALLY, SoCal gets first priority

shipping, please post your zip code, and i will PM/post up shipping price

Hey Daniel, I might want to get this as a temporary setup as I get my Tein SS coilovers rebuit and revalved, and re springed

Would anyone else want to buy it off me in a few weeks if I got it?

the stock fitament? most likely, i dont think coilovers use them, so i will part it as if u had to put nothing on - well except whatever bolts i need for my coilovers.

TEIN SS < koni yellows+H&r race
but teins are much softer than konis, and dont drop as much. but i dont know about the spring rate of the h&r's

buy mine, get the teins revalved...then sell both and get a whole new suspension setup!

I just might have to, although I still plan on getting Tein to rebuild/revalve/respring my coilovers so that I can go from a 8/6 setup to a 12/10or maybe a tad bit lower if I change my mind about the stiffness.

If its too stiff I guess I could always sell it since it would basically be like Omnipower coilovers just better quality (friend had his break on him at track day during a slow test run).

Hi, im new here, first of all, cars here are awesome. im looking for answers:

1. My car is a 99 accord coupe V6, im planning to buy a mugen style front lip (abs plastic), where can i get a rear lip and sideskirts to match it? ive seen a lot of pics in this forum but i cant find it anywhere in the net, not even ebay.

2. planning to lower my car, reading through these forums, i get very confused. what advantage do i get from getting e.g. H&R springs sports + koni yellows VS Tein coilovers and vice versa? also mentioning your brand preferences will help a lot. fyi, i want like a 1.5" drop just to make it obvious that i lowered the car but dont want to sacrifice my ride comfort too much if not at all.

3. I want 18" rims with lips (like 3" lip), is this possible for the car? i read some here saying that the lug pattern should be 5x114.3, but going to the website of discount tire/america tires, they say the optional rims available are 5x100, which ones are correct? also which one is better for the tires, 215 45 18 OR 225 40 18? will i have rubbing issues?

4. going back to the 18" rims, what should i be looking for? 18x7, 18x7.5, 18x8 or 18x8.5? and should the offset be 42mm to 50mm?

5. thanks again.

asking too many questions. your posting in the wrong place. post it in general forum or something else. and to answer your questions, it depends on how much money you want to spend on suspension, you have many choices. and you need to find out your bolt pattern before you get rims. and also with rim size you can get whatever size rims you want however wide you want, just personal preference. hope this helps.

if this wasnt your first post i would tell you im only going to answer questions pertaining to my sale...but i'll answer your questions this time

1. i'd give doctor_x a PM - he has a rear mugen lip (process of modifying it to fit his coupe) the sides/rear lip are made for sedan only, thats probably why you are having a hard time finding it

2. get s-techs + tokiko blues. those will run you about $400 brand new. you wont need to worry about camber kits or anything

3. our cars are 5x114.3. 18s w/a 3" lip is gonna be hard to pull off especially if you're only looking to only drop 1.5 inches. the right size for an 18 wheel is like 18x7.5, +42 - +48 offset should be fine and 225/40/18 would be fine.

4. answered in #3

5. youre welcome
