That's kinda hefty for some coils though.. I'll stick with my AMRs, they ride hella nice.

I have the jic FLT-A2 on my 6th gen =), had them on my car for 2-3 years now? They're still riding good, just pretty stiff. They're a gold color with purple springs.

Here are the pictures you guys wanted . The coilovers can go much lower as you can see in the third picture. That's the highest I can go, currently I have it at a 2 finger gap all around. Sorry my car is dirty lol.

In my opinion the spring rate isn't as crucial as the shock... if the shock isn't dampened right the ride will be too soft/harsh regardless of the spring rate, to a certain extent.
