Angry Some A$$ broke my driver side mirror

Went to a lounge saturday night with my gf and her girl, parked my car on Lincoln blvd between 8th and 9th. Came out around 2 to find my driver side mirror was ripped off. Looks like either some one was pushed up against it and it broke, but there was no damage on my drivers door. Or some drunken ass clowns thought it would be funny to a) rip it off or b) hit it with a baseball bat or something.

I'll post pics later this afternoon. Anyone know how hard it is to replace the whole assembly? and where is a cheap place to find a TW driver side mirror?

I doubt it will be that difficult to install. Finding one on the other hand... If you need help installing give me a call, I'm sure we can figure it out.

That sucks Steve. That's exactly why I always drive the Jeep when I have to leave it parked in "unsafe" places. Not that there is really a such thing as a safe place...

i wish the A$$holes that broke into my car last night would have just broke the mirror. they broke my pass. window tore up my dash and steering column. took all of my stereo equipment along with 150 cd's and my ipod and toolbox full of tools. they also broke my CF grill unlaching the hood. and they cut the wire to the horn. they also took my air freshener and my air filter to my intake. the also jacked up my black V6P climate control knobs.

some one tried to break into my car again last night at my friends house, they got the lock poper in the passenger side window and poped the lock but then got scared off by my loud ass alarm, i cam runing out and just found the lock poper in my right side window, didnt take my passport 8500, vafc, gauges, or cd's i guess i was lucky sorry guys... theives need to be killed...

im thinking of making my alarm system activate a racing fire supressant system, (they used themn on the vetts that i drove for my scca stuff) but if you pull the pin and you in the car you will pas out for like 15 mins because it shoots co2 into the cabin displacing all the o2, i think it would be nice to get out to my car to see some thieve slumped over the steering wheel... i'd get him out throw him on the ground and beat the **** out of him until he came around, then i'd call the cops

Don't worry man. just seems like this was a bad weekend. I'm not even gonna go out to the clubs/lounges for awhile. just gonna make it a movie night and dinner with friends for now.

Reason why i said this was a $h!tty weekend was cause this happened the night before my mirror was broken.

I just saw that place Halloween night. Never heard anything about it though.

You should have been the one to choose where your car was fixed...
