My G35 sedan

Ok, I did a baseline dyno on my G35 sedan with 93 octane (I'll attach tomorrow). The result - SAE 209.2whp/209.4wtq on Dynojet.

Now, there is also some interesting information for all.

The stock 5AT G35 Sedan specifically is severely handicaped by it's ECU comparing to both sedan and coupe 6MT besides the drivetrain loss. I've had a conversation with one of the most modded NA 5AT sedan guys on the g35 forum and he mentioned interesting details:

1. He did a dyno on his 5AT sedan before and after flashing the ECU (same DYNOJET) and he gained 11-12 horses at the wheels. The 6MT sedan after the ECU upgrade only gained 3whp because it was enough agressively (a/f) tuned right from the factory, however 6MT ECU upgrade allowed to respond to further mods much better then before.

2. The stock dynos for 2003 auto sedans usually show around 208 rwhp and a stock 2003.5 auto sedan showed 216 and it was not a single case for 2003.5. This goes hand-in-hand with the findings that his car pulled 12whp more with an ECu upgrade while another 03.5 pulled 8whp on the same dyno, right after him.

So, after reflashing the ECU majority of 5AT sedans observed much better gains then 6MT.

In addition, the ECU is not the only bottle neck - the exhaust for all sedans is more restrictive then the coupe version. Stillen exhaust proved to be a good choice since it adds more torque.
Therefore, by adding say Stillen exhaust and reflashing stock ECU the power seems to be between 225-230whp on 5AT sedan.

You've got that right
ECU reflash will do it with agressive a/f ratio.

But I wont start modifying with basic mods (if I ever will) until I finish my Accord .

P.S. I will
