Dyno of '04 AV6 6spd stock

Just had the oil changed to Redline 5W-20 full synthetic at the dealership. They also cleaned the battery thus clearing the computer when they loosened the cables. This in turn wiped the computer and sent it back to its default setting of 87 octane vs 91+ octane, the results are a little low hp wise because of the car running on the 87 octane power map. Car is otherwise stock with 9000 miles.

MAX HP: 202.40
MAX TQ: 184.51

The two highest runs (runs #1 and #3) were done in 4th gear, the second run was done in third (it is lower). Also, these numbers are SAE corrected.

(Having a little trouble uploading the graph....bare with me)
On the performance map, it should put you right back where Stock 6mt's normally dyno at. I am back at the default of 87 too because I changed my Intake and had to remove the battery. Oh well, just dyno after you mod.

13:1 is very much on the aggressive side as far as mass produced street cars go. a 6g AV6 runs pig rich around 10:1 AFR. A BMW 330i does about 13:1 also. A 2004 TL pulls a crazy 14:1 AFR which is really pushing it.

So my A/F ratio is pretty much ideal? I'm not very knowledgeable on this type stuff.

BTW, if I were to convert those number to estimated crank numbers (using the popular 17% drivetrain loss rule for FWD) they are as follows.

Crank HP: 236.8
Crank TQ: 215.8

About spot on for the standard 87 octane mapping.
