hi guys, i just had my car dynoed....using dynojet...i will post pics of the charts and videoclip when i can...but the results came out to 184whp i think...

the guy dynoed my car in D3 , cost was 60$cdn incl. the A/F reading... he says im running rich ... the reading was about 10-11 i think,

he reccamended me to get a VAFC and with tuning i cud get it to 200whp???

btw how do i view a RunFile_003.drf??? <thats the dynojet charts>

is that good or bad?

hey, wat kinda intake, header, exhaust, and pulleys do you have?!

60 CDN sounds friggin cheap, and i think if you can open the file up and take a picture of it and convert the picture to a JPG or GIF, then you can post it on here. and videos, i juss just upload it onto photobucket or a server and link us?

VAFC...requires tuning on dyno to "tweak" the A/F and maximize performance.

I recommend UNICHIP. Plug it in and GO...no tuning.

its a crappy .drf file... it only shows the HP ..it doesn't show much else ... i downloaded winpep from dynojet.com to view it

i want that graph that shows the TQ and HP and the rpm ranges .... but is 184 good?

thats 184whp??? not crank? my mods r: AEM sri, custom piping magnaflow catback, megan headers, UR crank pulley, BM tranny cooler,NRG engine damper modified, mugen radcap, stock suspension/wheels, 1 weak tranny but i guess it did ok on the dyno runs

unichip is bout 500usd , vafc 2 tuned is bout 150$cdn per hour, the install is 150$cdn and the part itself is 200usd new?

lies, all lies.

... ok well kind of lies. You can just plug it in and go, but then you don't get the full potential out of it. unless you tune it for the EXACT car it's goign to be on (which can only be done once it's actually connected to the car) then it can only get CLOSE to the peak tune power.

not saying VAFC is better, just saying that the premade tunes for the unichip aren't as good as tuning it while it's attached to the car.

I'd say the 184 whp is pretty good. My stock dyno (intake resonator box removed) I made 154 whp and 148 wtq.

with a good tune from a VAFC you could probably get 192 whp, maybe 195.
