A Herd of Goats!

Picture quality isn't as good as the other "photo threads" I've put up, because it's me taking all the pictures this time. My Princess had to go to work today, so she couldn't make it to the meet, but she let me take her camera and told me "Take many photo of all the Jennys for me!"

And, of course, yours truly. That ugly Asian who looks like he's thirty-five and still has issues with acne when going through stressful periods of life.

Yeah, it sucks that it was a "lunch meet". I did the best I could, and used the funky lens shader thing you screw on the end of the lens... but it didn't help much.

I'll take two Jettas please!

Nice turnout eh? What are the differences in year and model between those with and without hood scoops and the differences in the grills? I like the blue on with hood scoops and paint matched grill.

Yeah, that damn Jetta ruined the line-up. Anyway, there were 18 GTOs, 2 Camaros, and a Cobalt SS Supercharged. Hoodscoops generally mean they are 05-06 models with the LS2 engine, while those without have the LS1. However, a lot of people get the hoods with the scoops slapped on their 04s. I notices several 5.7 Liter cars with scoops. The blue one had custom fenders which I tried to get some pictures of, but they don't show very well. But if seen in person, the rear fenders were custom done beautifully so that he could pack really wide tires in the rear. It's sad that these cars are so traction limited due to the fact that the widest you can put on the rear are 275 width, without tons of rubbing or custom work.

I love the way the new GTOs sound under acceleration. I'm not so much into that no limit roaring from the old school muscle cars...the new tuned power tone is more my style.

i hate the fact that GTO'S can only fit ****ty rims on them. A high powered car that cant even take 10 inch wide rims in the rear hahahaha

we put rims on one when they first came out and we couldnt get anything really decent on their.
