R34 Skyline, Cell Shaded!

Im FINALLY DONE with my Cell Shaded R34 Skyline! I know i said in another thread that i was gonna post a bunch of pics of my process but im just too damn tired to do it so i just gave u 3 pics, Before, Middle, and After. It took me a whole hell of a lot of time to get this done but i am VERY happy with the results. And in the words of VTEC-V6!.... "Cell Shading is a B1TCH!"

The FULL SIZE images are in much better detail than these smaller ones, so if you want to see the detailed work, click on the full size one which are 1600x1070 (BIG PICS)

I hope you all like it, and as always please leave a comment or suggestion or anything, i want to know what you people think about it. Here they are, my pics:

oh and before someone says it,
yes, i did use a filter for the reflective headlight parts and the signal and sidemarker lights, i just couldnt make it look how i wanted using cell shading, it looked like garbage so i used the filter instead. i did make the 3 thin pieces that are around the shiney portions of the headlights on my own though.

Wow...I'm speechless. That is an amazing job, not too cartoony like most cell shades but still had the effect. And so much attention to detail... Damn big e-props for that yo.

yeah, thats what i said too myself when i finished, i was like wow really doesnt look like a cartoon like the other cell shades, i think i added too much detail which made it look animated, i personally thought it looked like i airbrushed the pic, but i like it regardless .

another reason that it may looked airbrushed/animated is because i didnt use the typicaly procedure of shading and highlighting, typically there would only be black for shading and white for highlighting but i use black, dark gray and gray for my shading, and then i used white and silver for my highlights to give a little more accent to the shinier and darker parts of the car and for all my shading and highlighting, i blurred the edges to give a smooth look to it. maybe that explains it.

thanks for the comments everyone makes me feel like all my wasted time was actually worth something
