MA auto insurance

what up fella's. wow, this MA section has been on fire lately, eh?

well, just wanted some reco's for insuring my 03 accord coupe up here in MA. ive had it in CT to duck out on some premiums for long enough and its now time for me to be an all out Mass-hole.

what companies do you go with and what are your rates? i know a lot of companies dont insure in MA at all, and the only quote i got was for $1,8xx per year. not tooooo bad, but seing as i pay $560 in CT thats a huge jump.

as a basis of comparison for insurance, my ride is an 03 coupe ex v6 with a sixspeeder.

thats what everyone keeps telling me, yet ive been quoted $1840 per year by one company, $1760 from another and finally $1590 by a 3rd. all for the same coverage. wtf? btw- commerce insurance was the lowest and they go to the rmv to get your plates for you. i think thats one's a go.

keep in mind MA always has high rates in your first year. My rates went from $3600 - 2400-1700 over 3 years. during my 2nd year i had a "at fault" accident, yet my rates went down.

MA is a weird insurance state. State Farm only insures you if you already had them previously. i know they dont quote actively otherwise.

$3600/year, are you kidding me??? wow. thats $300 a month!

i got awesome coverage from this place called garrity insurance- commerce underwriters. its $1550 a year to be covered in charlestown.

btw- the guy told me charlestown was more expensive than insuring in boston itself. why? charlestown used to be the AUTO THEFT CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. wtf?!?!!

Thatís why you should go to them "ghetto" place that wont bother to check anything except hooking the car up to the computer.
