anyone have any suggestions for used non-Honda/Acura SUVs? Our current lease is up next week and trying to figure out what to do.

Looking for something similar to or larger than the X3.

Kai, I really don't know what is out there other than a Pilot or Highlander that I would get for myself....

Thanks. The Highlander does look like a nice option, especially with captain's seats in the 2nd row - I didn't know they had that.

Before looking at the highlander just now, I was thinking about maybe the GMC Acadia (in a few years), but that would require breaking my promise of never giving GM any more money.

Not that I was against them, I just knew enough about the Honda/Acura models, but little about other brands. Paul's comment prompted me to look up the Highlander, and it looks pretty nice.

I'll snap some pics soon

Wrong . . i care about my j36 just having a hard time with future maintenance since I am having to figure it out on my own at least for now. Anyone recommends a mechanic in the dc area as knowledgeable as NVA AV6?

Dont want to throw anyone under the bus, My car cannot pass inspection due to a check engine light.... all I ever wanted again was a street retune, replace engine valve gaskets and a transmission oil change, engine oil change. Fix a hard start issue, find the culprit for my hyperblinker turn signal issue. Windshield wipers dont work, readjusting the fuel regulator. I took my car to Inline Pro a few days ago, I dont know if going to them now is a good idea yet because I want the small things addressed before a dyno and tune.... plus in addition to see if Paul had any recommended affordable upgrades to my build, also he knows exactly whats in there. I dont regret the build but dont want to give up on it because of this, its money invested to enjoy it and gobble all the subis, 37s, m3s, and most of all those pesky priuses. Yeah im an AT but dinner was always good on the hwy.

Have you used an ODB2 Scanner? What codes are being returned?

Hyperflash blinkers is an eash fix. Did you change your bulbs? Should just need a resistor to resolve the issue. Wipers should be another easy fix.

Inline Pro should resolve any check engine issues you are experiencing.

Absolutely don't give up.

AccordFire I want to put my best foot foward to learn, if you dont mind my slow pace. I am also interested in the p2r upgrades if it can be installed correctly, the accord is my 2nd car at the moment. You have space to work on your car? PM me and I will send you my number.

Why in gods name they would use that personal info distributer/privacy invasion website is beyond me. I never cared for Social Media - it's the devil.

Dead. Sorry my man.

At one time it was poppin', but there never really was a big Accord scene with peeps modding them. Even less interest now.
