    hello,
    my name is chris and have recently bought a j series powered vehicle and am wanting to make it more of a show car seen these twin set ups come across a google search and thought you may still be into making the any info on where to get one would be most helpful.i know they are 1200$+ thats not an issue just want somthing under the hood that grabs attention and i think these are really nice and fits under the hood. new to site and dont even know if you still use it please let me know either way can also be reached @ christopherwrigley16@gmail.com

    Hey Paul,

    I am having some difficulty with running lean, 14.3, in my J32a3 swapped 7th Gen Accord. I also have RL Cams, Injen Cold Air Intake, XLR8 J-Pipe all running on my stock ECU.

    I was instructed to get larger fuel injectors however I am having an issue with supply. I am having difficulty getting the Denso 410cc, however I can get the Bosch ev14 550cc at around the same price.

    I am planing on under going your J36 build in August, however the Bosch 550 cc just seem over the top for a motor that is and will remain N/A.

    Will I be okay with 550cc or should I just continue my quest to find the 410cc?

    I want to know which k series pistons (Wiseco or Arias) I could use for j36 build I have the rod from pauter but I can't use the oem piston because the rods are to aggressive and which piston compress you recommend for daily drive 11.5.1 or 12.5.1. Block 03 Acura MDX j35A

    I would love to have the 6 speed m/t but of course im not completey comfortable as the rest of you savvy gentleman here to do it myself. Apparently you have done enough to be the man. How much could and would you do for me if possible.I truly do love the J series motor. Smooth crisp and musical to me that is. I have a 91 CRX i plan on working on in the future but i would like to make this(Accord) the complete everyday driver soon as possible 1st.

    You are the Yoda of this an I need to be guided. I have 03 accord v6 and my Trans went out. I would like to put the best auto back in that I can that is much more reliable an then do the cooler as you taught me to do via forum. How well does the cooler install work for long jevity

    I bought the 08 Acura tl's cams to put on my 03 CL'S head but I was told that I had to put spaces to be able to have work I also change the engine time from the 05 odyssey the water pump and both pulley as well as the belt.

    hi paul my name is luis and im new to this website. I just have a simple question about my 7th gen accord's exhaust, I have the v6 motor and was wondering if i were too swap my dual exhaust to single if it would make a difference performance wise. If you can when you have some free time could you get back to me about this, i appreciate the help man thanks

    I was looking into the m90 superchargers for my 3.5 swapped 02 tl and stumbled across your thread.

    It is quite the build and I got sort of lost within the pages of the thread lol.

    What interested me the most was how you mounted the s/c. I have only seen the Prank Parts mounting brackets online and highly preferred yours, as it wouldn't require me to have a hole in my hood.

    In short, what do I need to actually make this thing run? My TL is still automatic. and I am not trying to boost it much, probably like 7-9lbs of boost.

    I was able to get the AEM working once except for the temp gauge on the dash....

    Could you put the 03 cl's manual harness to working with the (AEM,ECU). We also started putting all the parts together and I would let you known when we are ready to schedule to going to VA

    The way I convert a 6th gen into V6 MT is to basically convert the power train to a 03 CLS, so the "hard to find parts" needed are a 03 CLS ECU and engine harness. Also needed will be 03 CLS timing gears , cam and crank sensors as well as the transmission sensor and flywheel. I can machine a AV6/TL MT to use the CLS sensor and several different engines including the j35A4 can be used.

    I ususally only use the CLS engine harness and make some minor changes to the chassis harness.

    Above 15PSI sleeveing is needed for reliability.

    I have a friend who want to swap his 02 accord v6 into 6speed manual he already bought the harness and tranny from 03 cl type s 6speed both engine bays right and left as well as the engine harness you think that they would plug on place with that model.

    I also bought the pauter rods and arias piston as well as ferrea valve set for my j36 because I want to built that engine turbo but I doesn't know if the sleeves of my j35a3 would be hold 22lbs of boost for daily driving

    All of that is very possible and has been done several times. First thing I would be looking at is Hondata, tuning is the key to being able to pass emissions and get the power out of the mods.

    Seeing that you are the resident expert and that I plan on following your J35/J36 build during the summer. I had a question to ask regarding moding and emissions.

    I currently reside in GA, where they have strict emissions regulations and I am looking to do some mods besides intake, cams, and exhaust to my 05 j32A3 Accord 6mt that will still allow me to pass emissions but will also compliment my J35/j36 build.

    Regarding the mods, I was told that I might be able to do a pre cat delete and J-pipe. As well as installing the Throttle body and intake manifold from my j35a8 on my j32 after it has been ported & polished. however that is all speculation.

    Any guidance would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.

    They only sleeves I have used in the J block are the MID sleeves with opening up the coolant passages a bit.
