|November 21st, 2003 02:05 PM|
Now that you have the tedious process of tracing done, time for the harder process (IMO) of coloring it in

|November 20th, 2003 04:30 PM|
|lowincash||hahah i did that too but yeah it didn't come out as good as self cell shading|
|November 20th, 2003 04:26 PM|
I used the PS cutout filter to replicate this. Sadly it doesn't work so good but it's ok.
I guess nothing can outdo a hand made version of cell shading .
|November 20th, 2003 04:25 PM|

im working on one too right now, its a very detailed Nissan Skyline R34, its gonna take me a loooooooooooong time cuz there are lots of curves on this car, geeez i picked the wrong picture to start with maybe i'll have it done by next week
i spent about an hour on it last night and i was only able to get the outline done for the front bumper and the hood, and even that looks a little wierd, i cant make my lines straight, they're kinda wobbley
|November 20th, 2003 02:21 PM|

|November 20th, 2003 02:16 PM|
|PMantis24||So who wants a cell shade it'll only take me like 4hrs per car|
|November 20th, 2003 08:10 AM|
Ok, first attempt was a learning experience, I think I'm finally getting better at the shading part.
