Depends on what parts you want jenna. My personal picks:
heads: AFR [air flow research]
valvetrain: toss up between comp cams and now lunati since harold is the new designer over there
pistons- lots of choices. The only one I dont really like is keith black. Way too many people with problems. I used speed pro forged pistons for my recent 388 build.
exausts: for headers the biggest chocies are either hooker or headman headers. Edelbrock makes a very nice emission legal system for most vehicles [TES headers] For mufflers the far and away choice is flowmaster, usually in the 40 series. Hooker aerochambers are liked alot too, as are dynomax superbullets.
Carbs: Demon! Demon rules. Holley is also exellent and probably the most popular carb out there. Also the edelbrock carbs are heavly used for non-ultra high performance use. I have a holley 750DP on my 388 motor and a edelbrock on my daily driver 350.
Ignition: no guess here, its all MSD.
transmissions: B&M is huge, TCI, trans-go, hughes, hurst, the list goes on.
