Tint pictures never turn out the way it looks to the naked eye. Hell, even my 10% tinted windows look to be around 35% when the sunlight hits it just right.

Tell me about! Around here, five forces as well. Baldwin Co Sheriff, Milledgeville City Police, GC&SU Campus Police (that seems to outnumber both of the aforementioned,) CGTC Campus Police, and the Central State Hospital Police! It's wild, I lose track of all the different marking, colors, etc on the squad cars. *knock on wood* I've never been pulled over or hassled about the tint that I've always had on all of my cars.

From what I can tell, the tint looks good BTW.

James,

Did you get the dot matrix stuff fixed yet? It should be no problem at all to remove the tint film currently in place. I was in the same situation as you. The guy said he has pretty good success rates with the dot matrix, but a week later, it looked like junk. He said it'd be no problem to remove that section, then place vinyl over it.

Just in case you're looking for a good tint shop with proven results, try American Shades in Conyers. The owner, Joel Wykof, is awesome at what he does. It's a bit of a drive for you though.

I have yet to see a beautiful job on that matrix. Have them cut the tint at the matrix and have them place a black vinyl strip to cover it on the inside. Its really the only way it will look really good unfortunantly. I did this method on my Cobra and my SLP SS and it looked really good.

Just my $.02

Nice pics, i have 15% all around on my car, and i still think its too light...

i am reapplying 5% tint to all the windows, anybody else love limo tint ?

PS: the cops in my town are too stupid to care about tint, they only focus on the speeders....
