Quick as hell, but the 6speed auto looks like its just a 5speed auto with an extra O/D gear. Toyota figured out how to gear a car to get good performance and also fuel economy, Nissan needs to step it up

Toyota official 0-60 time 6.5s, seems very conservative. You can go to

http://www.toyota.com/camry/index.ht...TN_CAMRY_INDEX

to "run" your own 0-60 time to see how good is your "shifting".

They have a simulator for Sport Shifting.

It'll be interesting though to see by how much people will shatter those times at the tracks themselves.

You guys are going to hate me, but I used a BEL (Yellow) G meter on my car (05 Solara SLE V6, calibrated it and I got 0-60mph in 5.58sec and 5.6sec. That's on premium fuel (Citgo 93) and K&N drop in, so I can't see why 0-60 in 6.5 is such a big deal.

While I certainly don't hate you, I'd like to ask that you sell that toy on Craig's List or eBay. It's not accurate. Your car isn't doing 0-60 in 5.6 (premium fuel or even racing fuel notwithstanding) unless someone in a Viper is pushing you from behind.

Well, the only proof was abt a week ago a dude in an SRT 4 tried to race me and I did up to abt 45mph (speed limit is 40mph) and I was only half a car a length away. Anyways, how this is relevant is, is that 3.5L V6 for the Camry should be as fast or better than the outgoing 3.3L.
