FS: Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Motorized and Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG Lenses Nikon Mount

My name is Trevor, and I'm still selling my Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DiII motorized walkaround lens for Nikon mount, because I have no use for it anymore. The Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG lens below has already sold.

Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 with caps, hood, box and warranty (mint and babied and for Nikon mount) SOLD

Cosmetic: Minimal if any wear, has never been dropped nor used in poor weather conditions.

Optics: The glass has zero scratches, no sign of dust, haze or fungus. Pristine condition.

Serial #: 003829

Sample Images I took with the lens (both of these were in November 2008 and were taken from inside a vehicle at 65mph through a window):

SOLD Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG with caps, hood, box, warranty, zippered carrying case (mint condition for Nikon mount) $250 shipped

Sample Images I took with the lens (both of these were in August 2009):

All prices are OBO, however I do not want to be ridiculously haggled. Yes, these are pictures of my lenses that I took in my studio. Sorry to D40, D40X, D60, D3000, and D5000 owners, the Sigma prime lens does not have HSM. I thought it did, because I rarely used it with my D60 and couldn't remember if it had it, but it's actually my Tokina and Tamron lenses that are motorized. Both lenses will AF with AF-D cameras and above, but the Tamron will AF with AF-S cameras also since it is motorized.

The Tamron has a switch to switch AF/MF, whereas the Sigma has a push-pull mechanism for AF/MF. I actually think the push-pull mechanism is quicker than the switch, because you can place your hand there naturally and switch back and forth.

Regards, and thanks for your interest!

Yep, this Tamron has the BIM (built-in motor), and it focused with my D60 when I had that camera, so it will focus with the D5000.

http://www.tamron.com/lenses/prod/18200_diII.asp

The DiII means it has the BIM.

Those sample images I took were with my old D60 through a car window traveling on the freeway. The lens is in mint condition and was never used in poor weather conditions. The flower-shaped hood also makes it look super professional when it's on the camera.

Send me a PM if you're interested. I also do PayPal money transfers, and everyone here knows I'm legit, and on Ebay I have 100% Positive Feedback in 67 transactions.

Cool. Doesn't require a D90... it can focus with a D40, D50, D60, D3000, D5000 too.

$110 shipped is as low as I will go for this lens btw, so no more OBO.

If you get a D90, I would suggest not getting the kit lens, because this Tamron lens would cover a more vast focal length, and at the same or very similar variable aperture. It's good you're not going for the beginner SLRs right away, because the D90 is far superior to the others I mentioned.

i curently selling my pentax K20d which is on same level as 90D and i think cannon 50d

today i actually came up with idea that changed me from wanting to get D90 to Canon 550D. only reason i didnt like 550d was size and i realized that getting battery grip will solve that problem and ads me benefit of putting either second battery or using AA batteries in emergency if needed. so right now im gona get 550D and sigma 18-125mm lens which is level up in quality then canon 18-135, been using my friends 18-200 and that extra range just not needed for me.

long story short im gona look for canon lenses and my dad wants canon system as well with their good selection of lenses.
