These look like they came out of an HP Brochure for prictures they can print from a specific printer. Real nice.

Sometimes you need to find the unusual spots to snap some great pics.

your eye for good compositions is great. you really love that 50mm 1.8 huh? I haven't had time to go out and play with mine...haven't really used it much at all and it's a shame.

thanks guys =) the first one has a weird texture to it, but I think I'm going to get rid of that =P

and yes, I love my 50mm 1.8 =) I leave it on all the time now, I never use my 18-200mm anymore. I usually have the 50 on, or the 105mm f/2.8, or a wide angle 12-24 when I need it, but otherwise, it's all about the 50! I was hoping to get a new 85mm AF-S, but nikon decided not to upgrade the primes yet =( I may just buy the 85 1.4, but I think I may wait and get the 24mm PC-E to play with in the meantime!

I took a look @ that Sigma 105mm that you told me you had and I can't wait to go to the store and check it out on my camera. Still gotta put the funds towards the SC first...haha.

I just picked up Steve's 50mm 1.8 and I love how sharp the lens is.
