Trip to the Zoo!!! Tons of pics!!!

Ok few of you might of known that i am renting a Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8g af-s vr lens for a week. Well the main reason i need it is not until Friday night. So I decided I should get my money's worth for the 9 days. Well here are some pics from Nashville's Zoo. I have not uploaded all of them yet but i will keep updating the thread as I get them posted on my flickr. I do not have tons of time to edit my watermark and all on them since I am trying to be out and taking photos.

ANYWAYS here are the pics with this sweet lens.

Great photos, Eric! I wanted to rent that lens just to play around with it too...but I figured it would be dangerous to put it in my hands. Then I'd probably sell a kidney and go pick one up for reals.

yeah it took forever to get a good pic of the hornbill because it would hide behind trees..So i walked by it 3 times and finally it was on a lower branch. As for the clouded leopards, on one pic i took one right before he jumped from a branch to another and put the camera down. I was so pissed i missed him in action..

And the Clouded Leopard Cubs i missed playing by about 45 min. They were in the petting zoo part so i didn't expect to see them or anything up there so i just walked by it. Then i found out they were up there and a woman said they had just been wrestling and jumping around the trees...FML
