My Excellent OC Adventure...
Funtionally Huntington Beach
has it all over Waikiki. Except
that it isn't Waikiki...
Hardly any hot Japanes cars. Well
actually G cars and I35s are a dime
a dozen. With smog laws as they are
I suspect if you want something hot
you buy the latest and greates brand new.
Seems like because they can afford to,
most buy euro, or more specifically german.
I stopped by this shop yesterday tha
had a half dozen exotics parked in front.
I had Teresa stop and I went in
chit chatted and asked If I could
shoot the cars with my cel phone. The guy
was all no prob.
Please dont laugh at the quality
I did the best I could with what I had.
As we left this place we drove around the back
and the was a Gallardo on the rack testing out
I think it's new exhaust. Sweetness.
Also saw an AMG 63, tried to get a shot,
didn't come out.
This was too weird.
I hope to have one in storage.
L88/M22 swap. Sounds murderous.
Fooling around wi/ my new Nikon's macro
setting. I know I need to rtfm. Open to

I'm Sick I Didn't get a Shot
So I was across the street as
this guy in a brand new white M6
with giant blacked out wheels,
black hood, roof, and trunk lid.
Little ricey but I'm sure he's
cool with it.
Anyway I caught his eye and did
universal horizontal twirling
of the index finger. As soon
as he made the turn he lit the
tires up through first, second
and halfway through third, caught
4th all accompanied by a nasty
sounding open exhaust.
Doods and Doodettes, I almost
lost it. I'll never forget that.

Me Flywhisperer Too
There was a time when I had Jackson's
Chameleons and iguanas- they never went
hungry...j/k they got crickets and the
iggys got fresh produce and mice.
Not bad for no tripod...?
Please feel free to check out all the
images I added to my original post above.
I guess none showed up as a new post.

Ahh... You Made a Funny...
A Blvd that runs for what- 25 miles
(more?) that has choke retail
probably the economic 'center' for
Yes I bought a Nikon Coolpix L11
camera and accessories, and a 80 dollar
walmart cruiser to tool around on.

I've never seen anything like this living
in the Bay Area and mostly on Oahu. A 25 mi
straight would be a great engineering feat on
I thought it funny last night
I was at a Jazz club in Fullerton, just up
Beach Blvd from Huntington Beach! I wonder
if all the kids from the neiborhood have
seen whats at the bottom of the blvd.
Till Thursday. Anything cool going on?

If you're talkin this Wed,
I'm so up for it...
I'm a bit dissapointed I didnt
get out to anywhere this weekend
but events beyond my control
conspired to do so.
I cruised Balboa and Newport
Beach today and decided it was an
ok place to lay my head I guess...

Some highlights from today...
This cat had a 60ft motor yacht tied
to his back porch.
Beautiful, but hate to be there in a tsunami.
I will live like this someday in
the near future. Newport Beach/Balboa.
Dig the cool backward sponsor logo
on the hood for peoples rear view
mirrors I suppose.
Checkout the ultra trendy dirt flame job.
This would be an acceptable ride
I guess but its not a Honda... Hehe
I saw this parked on the street whipped
out the t-pod and captured this bad boy.
Looks cool w/ the huge whls.
They call me beewhisperer too. This poor
kid was in his last gasps. This is his

The image doesn't even do that building
justice. It was massive w/ tastefully
ornate detail. Again, there was a big assed
yacht tied to his back porch.
Gimme ten years my friends, I'll host a meet
at my OC pad.
|September 11th, 2007, 10:34 PM||#25|
Probably not... the meet part. There
will be a core of die hard 7th gen AV6rs
all driving the latest and greatest
reserving the Accord for any special
occasion that comes to mind...
It'd be cool to all hookup and bake
some heads with our 15+ yrs old, 11
I hope fuel will still be affordable...

Yeah I knew it was in Newport! I pretty much grew up around Balboa (I don't live near the beach but I was at Balboa much of my life). That's awesome. I've seen the building in person and it's pretty crazy. I actually shot some photos over in Balboa of my car and my friend's car a while ago haha.
Here's another crazy house you should check out too while you're down in Balboa.

Patriot Day Ceremony
I was there when they were setting up and
got a program for the activities. I suspected
what was brewing and recorded the event.
To review the event, the actual 9/11 victims,
fireman, rescuers, and others such, were named
and therefore their efforts trivialized in the name
of a rah rah stay the course 'kids please talk
to one of our Army Sgt Stadankos he'll hook you up'
I was shocked and dismayed that such a progressive
community would sponsor such an event with the
mayor as a keynote speaker, every dept whip,
and two fire trucks.
Despite all the bullshyt my friends
remember the words of the founding
You'd think the mayor would tuck
his friggen shirt...
L-R Sgt Stadanko, Sgt Stadanko, Sgt Stadanko,
Sgt Stadanko, Sgt Stadanko, Sgt. Stadanko, Sgt Stadanko,
Sgt Stadanko and finally guess who - Sgt Stadanko.
Am I forgetting anybody oh yeah, Sgt Stadanko and
By the way my my public speaking coach would
laugh at the 'fig leaf' postures of many of
those public officials.
Apparently thse guys are taking a break
from their tough duties of crosswalk
and seat belt enforcement... Despite being
participants in possibly illegal partisan politics.
Those lights and bullhorn really
mess up the look of the grille on that
cop car. Those guys should get with
the program and clean up their grill
lines and delete the PA (...!?) and
all those silly lights. Probably the
license too while they're at it...
Besides the popos captured think
lambs to the slaugther...
The incriminating document. Shall I go on? I'm baiting...

Thanks, Nick, SIRSIG, Carlo and Sean
for coming all the way to Arcadia
to hang out, chit chat and show off
your rides. Especially thanks to
Nick who went way out of his way
to pick me up in Huntington Beach.
Nicks 6th gen TL 6MT swap is
the ultimate sleeper with steelies.
Torquey with power up top
he suprises alot of hot rides
SIRSIG Carlo and myself made a run to
Azusa In&Out and the TL and STI we
happened across apparently didnt
want none... they must have heard
the blower whine. That car boogies.
Carlo has the clean to the bone 6th
gen coupe, soon to have a TL swap
of some sort.
Sean's 7th gen is flawless. Clear up
that boost issue and you'll be dancing
around 12 sec 1/4s again...
I was honored to meet you folks.
I met some Accord pioneers and got
to sample the products.
Thank you, Guys.
