That wont delete his account... to be honest, all he has to do is never come back here. That way we don't have to physically go in and delete his account which isn't really a pain in the ass, we're just to lazy to do it. It could take as long as 2 minutes to do.

Kinda like too lazy?

And two minutes?!? I think we'll have to clock overtime or something for that. I'll have to consult my position description. My union rep will be in touch.

For that, I just banned you so your account will stay forever and we won't have to deal with your comic relief.

I thought users have the rights to close their account? I know we don't provide personal information when signing up, but I think we should be granted the option to close our account no?

What happens if you made a thread with parts for sale, found buyers and accepted payments, and somehow "deleted" your account?

i call that ing the buyer

but seriously, i 110% agree on what you said... but incase that happened how does mods handle that? say, the seller didn't gave the item to the buyer?

this forum i check out, to get to the download sections, they require you to send certain information to the moderators, such as name, birthdate, some sort of myspace, facebook, friendster link, picture, etc....

It'll be a good precaution for people trying to scam other people, but not sure if its too much to deal with.

Not bad, but couldn't you just make a fake profile?
