I am getting driven crazy by this, been forum searching for over 5 months about this and can't find anything.

Ignition components were replaced, all of em. Valve clearance was done, egr was replaced, new cam shaft sensors, vtec cleaned out and new orings, newer MAP sensor, compression is great in all cylinders, oil is at full, injectors were verified spraying and strainers were cleaned out, fuel pressure is fine when tested after egr replacement. Cheese and rice my guys idk what to do. I'm thinking clogged cat partially maybe but vacum tests ruled that out yet some say under load it can be a problem but I can't see anything too unusual on vacum reading under acceleration. It's a 99 honda accord v6 3.0 EX trim with 212k miles. Mechanical timing seems on point. I have the service Manuel pdf and I have gone down the checklist, maybe vtec isn't throwing a code and it's really that? I did the valve clearance three times to be sure it's not that. Primary o2 sensor replaced.

A bad exhaust restriction should cause vaccum to drop at 2k rpm idle shouldn't it? I have read that common issues on the 3.0 v6 were egr, clogged passages or bad egr, valve clearance and clogged cats 🐈 causing misfire only under load, will removing the o2 sensor and going for a drive and trying to utilize 4k+ rpm be a smart idea? I'm so tired of working on this thing, thanks for your input. I have cross posted on reddit as well with a video, I can go over 4k while the car is not warmed up but as soon as it gets to temp it causes these misfires and when I am able to push it past 4k the acceleration is really weak past 4k. I can Rev it past 4k rpms in neutral and park (which I know is bad to do) but not while accelerating in gear.
