Can't fit 5mm wheel spacers on 2003 Honda Accord V6 rear

Need some help. I want to put 5mm wheel spacers on the rear of my 2003 Honda Accord V6 coupe. The 10mm I currently have on pokes the tire out of the fender too much for my liking. I have bought 3 different 5mm wheel spacers and all of them didn't fit the rear. All were 5mm, 5x114.3, 64.1 center bore. With the 64.1 wheel spacer bore, the wheel spacer only goes halfway in, its center hole is smaller by almost 1/4". I don't know why it doesn't fit. The Accords have a 64.1 center bore. I've fitted 25mm, 20mm, 15mm and 10mm wheel spacers all with the same measurements on the rear before. But for some reason, the 5mm don't go all the way on
