Well me and a buddy decided to pull my CEL code today and it turned out to be code 9. I looked through my Haynes and Code 9 only exist for the 4cyl. How can I pull a Code 9 on my v6. What else can it be besides the CYP?

My CEL came on after I installed my CAI when I first got my car. Its now been 3 years since. If I pull fuse 13 it goes off for the 90 mile thing then comes back on. I thought it might have been for a faulty O2 sensor but I guess not.

we had a guy here with AV6 that had code 17 (VSS), this code applies only to AI4 with manual transmission, so he went got his ECU scanned with OBD2 scanner and actual code was P0420 (catalytic)
go to Auto Zone and get ECU scanned there, they do it for free.

yea. Most of the time its just BS **** like the Evap. This is why I hate OBDII, its so anal about every little thing.

Well after review I think it might be Code 90 which is the Evap. Ill go get it checked out at autozone to be sure.

Thanx buc but thats for a 4cyl, not 6.
