So I am going to make a thread that tells you exactly what motor and transmission combination that will work for the accord 03-07 v6 if you want to swap it. I am tired of people sending me PM. Now start reading or have something read it to you, and learn.
Engine
Accord 03-05 stock motor J30A4 (direct drop in, swap intake manifold if AT)
The J30A4 pushed output to 240 hp (180 kW) and 212 lb·ft (287 N·m), compression ratio (10:1)
bore 86mm x stroke 86mm
Accord 06-07 Stock motor J30a5 (direct drop in, swap intake manifold if AT)
output to 244 hp (SAE Net 08/04) and 211 lb·ft (SAE Net 08/04) of torque, compression ratio (10:1)

4-06 TL pistons for a 10:1 compression ratio
03 CL-S pistons for a 10.5:1 compression
05+ RL or 07+ TL-S pistons for 11:1 compression. They are also factory forged to save weight, not for strength. This is why people with j35 cannot run high boost for long before they crack a skirt.

** If planning to go boost I recommend a CR of 9.5:1 and possibly 10:1 with forged piston. The main thing is to prevent detonation. Don't worry about timing advance, you can just crank up the PSI to make up the difference. stock piston/ rod combination will work, but I am unsure of the longevity.
Also I am not responsible if the motor and trans combination does not work. I have researched all this crap and spent a butt load of time on it. So you're welcome!!
Note all motor swap will run on the J30 ecu, but they may or may not lean out depending on the modification that you have done. It is recommended that you run the correct ecu with the motor, or just get hondata flashpro. Flashpro will give you more option vs running the stock ecu especially if you want to run larger camshaft or go boost.
My personally recommendation is get to hondata flashpro first. Everything else can be bought at a lower price since the price of engine and transmission will always lose value over time. Flashpro and the ecu harness new do not get cheaper because hondata has a monopoly **until K-tuner comes out with something**. If you see a flashpro for cheap in the FS you buy it, there are probably 500 flashpro units floating around for the accord and TL. There are thousands of engine that you can choose from and they number keep growing everyday since people do get into accidents and total their cars.
