I bought this PDA phone to find out that it does not have coverage at my area. Verizon network has the best service by far knowing from many years of experience, but my area is one of those very rare places that Tmobile works and Verizon does not. The phone is so new that I did not even open the packaging on the Microsoft Windows software that comes with the phone. I have made only about 250 calls in the phone's lifetime. The instruction booklet is unopened as well. This package includes everything that comes with the phone from Verizon, which includes the phone itself, car charger, phone to computer USB connector cable, instruction booklet, wall charger, Microsoft software, ear piece, and all the wrappings that came with the box. My loss is your gain. As you can see, the ONLY blemish on this new phone is the very small scratch on the top ear piece area of the phone. Nothing major at all and is in Excellent condition. This phone has too many gadgets for me to even figure out. Specs are listed below. Price is 250 OBO Local pick up or will ship too. Thanks!
