I have Front and Rear HFP Coupe lips for an 03-05. Genuine Honda not knockoff. They were on a black coupe. I can ship but it'll be at buyers expense or pickup in Chandler or Phoenix area.

Front lip has a few brackets only, rear doesn't have any hardware, just uses about 10-15 plastic clips (Honda PN 91512-SX0-003) that can be bought by the box for about $12-15 from Auveco PN 19239
Rear lip hardware (same as fender liner clips):

The most dramatic upgrade would be the front and rear lips, the rear almost extends about 2-3" from the factory bumper. Sides wouldn't deviate too much from the overall look and could be left alone without looking "unfinished" until you find a pair of them.

Love it.
I've had the same kit on my 03 years ago. It's just the completist in me. The sides - as you mentioned - definitely can be left out and not look totally off. But would eventually want to source a set for sure.
