How hard is it to change the springs and/or coils of our car? Do you guys do it yourself or let auto shop do it? If not hard, can someone tell me which screws needs to be remove and what do I need to do. Thank You

i think coils are easier than springs? springs required a compression.

you'll need an compressor to remove the stock springs of the shocks - they have them at speed shops that you could borrow or just pay someone to install them for 100 $

sleeve coilover kit installs YOU DON'T NEED A SPRING COMPRESSOR - but you need to know what you're doing - suspension is not to be played with without confidence

and about that kit, you "may" bounce around with it
I have a ractive single coilover kit on my ride before and I bounced everywhere with the stock shocks - may be better with aftermarket matchup
