ok, i have bought some neuspeed race springs for my coupe. it was suggested to me to buy the ingall rear camber kit due to its drop. so now my question is...alignment. When the alignment is done has anyone done the alignment while sitting in the car? I was told that is the best way to get an alignment done. Also what is the suggested camber and toe?? I have researched this in the forum, but I see different specs. Please advice as I am going to try and get this done this weekend. Thanks!!

getting alignment done when you are in the car is the smart way to do it since SOMEONE is in the drivers seat when it is moving. therefore the added weight affects toe and camber and should be accounted for during the alignment.

as far as specs go, its seriously all over the place. depends on what you are looking for.

i would recommend camber at or around -1.5 for the rear and -.5 to-.7 for the fronts.

as far as toe goes, ground control recommended the following for me

toe out (1/16th) in the front
toe in (1/16th) in the rear.

oh and rear camber and toe is only controllable by a camber kit.
