I4 5 speed to V6 6 speed swap

Hey I have a i4 7.5 Gen accord sedan 5 speed and was looking into doing an engine swap. I am debating between a k or j series and wanted some advice.

my car is a i4 5 speed so I’m guessing most (or all) k series should be plug and play. If I were to do a j swap, what would I have to swap and would I have to do any modifications?

I am leaning towards the j swap because I want more power, but are there any k series that do similar numbers (240-300hp)?

It would be much cheaper in the long run to look for an '06/07 V6 6 speed sedan. They are out there.
