I chose to begin this post because I’ve done a lot to these J series but never act upon getting out any information so I’ll just make it simple.
1. J30a1 engine
2. J32a2 lower runners. (j35a4,j32a1,j30a4,j37a1 all similar, if you choose not to port match the head, just use smaller j30 gaskets.)
3. Same fuel rail and injector set up from the motor you got the lower runners from.
4(optional). J35a4 (most commonly found on this motor) intake manifold spacer should now be bolt on with the new set up. (If you choose to use the spacer with the stock J30a1 you must shave the tabs of the spacer smooth, slightly loosen fuel rail, then it WILL work.)
5. J32a2 upper plenum
(Basically ANY J plenum, if you can accommodate all vacuum lines)
6. J30a1 drive by throttle cable
7. Stock air box or existing short ram/cold air intake should fit as before.

First of all way to care about 6th gens I hope this forum can jump again lol! But it’s definitely correct, I could’ve listed other DBW TBs but the tutorial is meant to be as simple as possible with trying to complete it with as much as you already have.
