^Yeah, you'll have to look up the manufacturer's rim width range for whatever specific tire you want to run.
If you only care about straight-line performance, you can select a tire that specifies 7" towards the bottom of the range. This will put the largest tire patch on the road at the expense of lateral traction.
I don't know how you want to select the tire diameter, though. Are you running out 4th gear in the 1/4 mile? You can adjust your overall tire diameter to put you in the powerband in your final 1/4 mile gear (smaller diameter) or limit your wheelspin on launch (larger diameter)...whatever you choose to do.
