Misfires no check engine light stumped

So I've had misfires on all cylinders they are random and not constant so the car won't just stop running randomly I've replaced the spark plugs twice the coil packs once my fuel pump as well still misfires it seems to always start with cylinder 5 if im driving normally but spirited driving results in a random first cylinder I haven't had a check engine light for it I can however tell that there is a lack of acceleration when gunning it in first or second but third gear seems to pull quite well the transmission is in relatively good condition its not the original though. I've got 220 thousand miles on it. I gave a true cold air intake on it and the filter isn't dirty. I have tried different filters no change. If I'm driving softly I can go about 10 minutes before cylinder misfires start showing up my battery is in good condition although it is 4 years old the alternator is brand new. I just replaced several grounds that are oem. I replaced my map sensor coolant temperature sensor and my thermostat. I really don't know what to do at this point.

I really don't know but maybe it's time to have your timing belt change and see what happened

My timing belt was replaced 5 thousand miles ago thanks for the suggestion though! I checked it 2 days ago and I was still on mark no slipped teeth
Sounds like you should conduct a compression test , failed injectors , plugs or coils will illuminate a CEL, and if they are severe enough it will flash. I believe a cranking/or running compression test is an order, especially if your motor is high mileage, won’t hurt .
