My Exhaust =D 6/6/09 *added a quick video

well i finally got my exhaust done, and wanted to share and see what u guys thought about it

also got the custom headers that where laying in my room installed, 4 those of u that dont kno what headers im talking about here are some pics

specs
2" primaries
4-1 burn collector
2.5" tapering to 3" collector

exhaust specs
full stainless steel, mandrel bent tubing
3" mid pipe
3" high flow cat (300 cell, flows 579cfm)
3" straight thru vibrant super quiet resonator
3"-2.5" y-pipe 3" splits to 2.5" piping
dynomax super turbo mufflers
and zommers 3.5" resonated tips

thanks, it dosent sound loud at all considering its a 80% 3"s lol it does have slight droning/humming inside the cabin, below 2000rpm only on take off once im at cruising speed its gone completely, which i think has alot to do with the trunk being gutted (will add dynamat on the trunk and panels soon) but from the outside u dont hear a thing, normal driving or taking off u hear it but its rly quiet, if i gun it u hear alittle at 1st then after it goes past 3.5k all u hear is the intake and u do hear the air coming out of the exhaust and from the headers but thats about it, its really hard 2 explain i need to get some video clips, over all all the people that have heard it have said it sound good.

thanks, the headers are made by ASP , they are custom made, they were made to my exact motor specs, and to the specs of the s/c im going to be using at high boost, so pretty much the exhaust was made also to work well with the s/c which is why its kinda fat

and no under pics yet, forgot my camera when i went to pick it up and when i remembered about my phone it was already to late the car was already off the rack, guess i was 2 excited hahah

By the way, love those SE-R wheels, i think they look better than the TL-S wheels!

Mmh I dunno I think it looks better in person... I didnt want 2 go with big cans or big tips, the tips are 3.5 inches, was guna go with 4 inch tips but changed my mind last minute, I didn't wana draw 2 much of the wrong attention, so I decided on the 3.5s and I'm kinda happy I did I rly like the cleanish look..

And my bad lol, I have been laggin it on the s/c but I promise I will hurry it up lol now that I made it look some what nicer then b4, now I can concentrate on the 6spd swap and charger again....lol
