I had never washed my seats (non-leather) since the day I had bought the car. :D I did vaccum the seats but that was about it.

How would you clean your seats as to get rid of all the dirt and bad smell? Trying to make my interior smell nice again.

Or if you don't like DIY, do you take it to a professional car wash place?

stores such as kragen, autozone...carry various products to remove stains from your seats/interior.
As for the smell, one trick is to get a box of arm & hammer baking soda.
Open up the top and pour a little out so that it doesn't easily spill.
Leave the box (opened) somewhere in your car and let it sit for a couple weeks.
Once the smell is gone you can throw away the baking soda, don't try to smell it, it will stink.

It'll smell fresh for a little bit :p, then afterwards will smell like ass again.
All those products that claim to get rid of bad smell only cover them up.
