im currently running 225/40/18 Michelin PS2's and i was wondering if i could go to 235/40/18 or even 245? Any ideas?

For sure you can go with a 235/40/18 with no rubbing with that offset. Not sure on the 245 though.

yea u can go 235... rubbing depends on if u slammed or u know.. 245 might be too much!

i have 18x7.5 w/ +42 offset & 235/40/18's and i like to think im dumped... 2.74F and 2.52R and i NEver have rubbed and roads up here in maryland sucK

I have 225/40/18 with 1.75" drop all around and never rub. Offset is +42, I'm thinking to go with 235, but yet...235 was made for 8" wide. So I decided to stick with 225 for now.

235's fit great on a 7.5" rim.
