Getting my charger on Tuesday.

Need to know if I can use my AEM pulleys (alt. p/s) with the charger?

The dealer said I have to use OEM ones...

Can anyone clarify this more detailed>>>???

THANKS

S/C pulley is from Comptech. It comes with the S/C kit. You have 3 options for boost pulley.

1. Original AV6 boost pulley 4~ lbs of boost
2. AV6 High boost pulley (Original CL-S pulley) 5-6~ lbs of boost
3. CL-S High boost pulley 7-8~ lbs of boost

The S/C boost pulley will replace the alt. pulley. So you can re-use your AEM PS and UR 12v Crank pulley if you have that.

You are going to need new belt for power steering for UR 12v crank pulley. Apparently it under drives power steering, I didn't know until I started installing PS belt.

I don't remember belt size of top of my head, but something tells me its 4PK650.

Are you talking about the OEM size belt?

Nevermind, found this off the UR site. I already have the PS belt since I'm currently running the SS pulley set. So I'm fine if I just use that right?

For SSc pulley
Alternator & A/C Belt: Use the stock length belt
Power Steering Belt: Use Gate K040425 (43 1/8" or 1095MM)

For SS pulley
Alternator & Air Conditioning Belt: Use Gates K060441 / Odyssey- Use Gates K060445
Power Steering Belt: Use Gates K040425

I just looked at PS belt and its 4PK1065. Number 4 indicates that this belt has 4 grooves, 1065 is length of the belt in millimeter or 41.9 inches.

When I measured length for belt I measured it for in the shortest way (PS pump all way down) and then went and bought next available size. 1065 is 30mm shorter then yours, so you probably fine with 1095.

Do I use the belt that comes with the Comptech CL-S HBP? I believe that belt is for the alternator also. Since I won't be using the alternator pulley from UR anymore, I won't need that belt right (the belt I'm currently using for the UR alt. pulley)?

So I'll be using these belts for CL-S HBP, UR PS pulley and UR 12v crank pulley
1. Power Steering Belt: Use Gate K040425 (43 1/8" or 1095MM)
2. Alt. & A/C: Comptech CL-S HBP belt

Correct?

You’ll be using stock belt to drive Alternator and AC, then you need to use non-stock belt to drive PS pump (4PK1065 - 4PK1095) and supercharger belt (from Comptech).
Supercharger belt seats on Comptech provided alternator pulley and supercharger pulley.
Comptech alternator pulley designed to drive two belts.

People who is using stock crank pulley, use stock PS belt.

Ahh ic....so 3 belts in total. So I don't really need to go out and buy another belt. Although I'm not sure if I should re-use my stock Alt and A/C belt or pickup a new one. Forgot what condition it's in.
