Heres a pic of my car after just being lowered with Eibach Prokit springs and I also threw in some Tokico Illuminas. Can't wait for the springs to settle a little. Tell me what you think.

Looks good. I've been wanting to get rims and lower my car for a while, but I've been trying to figure out what size tires and how much to lower it? I see other accords on the street that are either too low or have too small of a rim + tire radius even though they have 17' or 18' rims. How much did you lower it in the front and back and do you mind giving me the dimensions of your tires? Thanks! :D

Well Eibach Prokits are a true 1.5" front and rear drop. My tires are 225/45ZR/17's....and there a little too wide of a tire with the drop, so the rears rub a little on big bumps or when turning up a hill or even when gunning it around a corner the tires rub and all scraped up, but just the rears rub. I have my rear tokico illumina shocks set at 5 which is the stiffest setting to try to prevent the rubbing since its grinding down my tires, but doesn't matter the setting cause its still rubs.:( But I love the way my car handles now, reminds me of driving a go cart.

Anyways, if your getting rims, go with 18's cause 17's, I think, are too small for our cars, although we lose some performance with 18's, they look a lot better.

Definitely go 18's. The most common tire size for 18's is 225/40/18. I'm definitely happy with the Pro Kit drop.. I was on Lexani springs and my estimate is that they lowered 2.5" in the front and 1.5" in the back. The ride was very harsh, but now I'm on Pro Kits and I think it's the perfect drop. The ride is close to stock and the car handles like a go cart. :)

Hey Ming, your car rub in the rears, like mine do?I know the tires I got are wider than your 225/40/18's, I'm gonna take a pic of one of my rear tires sometime to show you guys how much rubbing I actually get.

Yep, could definetly be dropped more, but I didn't want to go too low, as this is my only car and winters get very rough up here in NH, but 18's will make it look a lot better someday....

Check out some more pics at my website:
