I have a V6 Automatic.
If I accelerate smoothly from a stop, everything work fine, transmission shift very smooth.
If I accelerate a bit hard from a stop, the transmission seems take a second too long to shift into 1 or 2 gear. Kinda jerks into gear. Is this a Solenoid issue? this is the correct part to replace 28250-P6H-024.

Any recommendation of where I can get this part?

Usually the dealer has the parts. You might want to check out acurazine's 3rd gen TL forum, there's more traffic there and some there are really knowledgeable about our automatics.
