What do you guys hate about your 7th gen Accord?

I love my Accord to pieces but there are some things I wish honda would have done differently on the 7th gen Accord.

Heres my beefs.

1. The stock tires dont perform as well matched up to the powerful V6 and spirited driving.

2. That stupid loud clunking noise when I either press on the brakes in reverse or when I put the car in Drive after reversing.

3. The fact that I cant plug my ipod in, whats up with that Honda you didnt even at least put it in the 7.5 gen.

4. I know its a Honda but the torque to horsepower ratio could have been better, 240hp/212tq, come on.

Other than that I love my Accord.

True. Only thing I really have to gripe about is the lack of power but I also bought the car to mod it. Therefore, its not much of a gripe. Everything can be fixed that's why I don't gripe about the car otherwise I'd be listing all kind of stupid things like others have posted. Every car has its quirks.

feels like my car loses 50 whp intstantly when the AC is turned on...

yea i said it before, but i felt like it was so bad i'd say it again.

Having to take off front wheels to change headlight bulbs sucks. Factory ride height is rediculous, much worst than other coupes. Limited aux input options. Aftermarket stereo fitment issue. Lack of aftermarket support.

I change my headlight bulbs from under the hood as I hope most of the rest of us do.

What aux input do you want? There was an mp3 attachment option available OEM and you can get a dice or a usaspec.

Aftermarket stereos fit in the lower cubby space if you insist on an aftermarket head unit. Many cars now are coming with I integrated HVAC and audio.

What aftermarket support do you need that isn't available for a 7th gen accord?

And stock ride height just makes the car look that much better when you drop it :up:

My hands are too big. I want one that doesnt cost 150 bucks. I like the large cubby and dont want a stereo in it. I want C.A.R.B. approved forced induction options.

Only thing I dont like about my car is the cloth seats how they grab lint...but ill have that prob fixed this winter...

I hate how my lcd screen stopped working! Gee what track is it? i dunno. What the bass/treble set at? I dont know! WTF!:banghead:

I thought I was the only one with that problem, makes me turn off the ac sometimes when I drive.

I got two things. 1) the window sticks to the seal if not used often. one of these days the window is gonna rip off the track:rolleye2:. 2) the damn thick ass A pillars! I had a car completely hidden by my passenger A pillar when I was pulling out of a gas station. If I hadnt seen the reflection from their headlights in a sign, it could have been bad.

Ya those a pillars are f-ing huge! They create major blind spots. I get cut off all the time cuz ppl signal and come over but I didn't see it.

you know those "huge" A pillars house your airbags right?. Cars also dont appear out of nowhere, unless you are oblivious when you drive and dont pay attention.
