I would just want to know what does offset mean... and when i see 18"*8"... does the 8" mean how wide the rim is or how much does it stands out?

If your looking for wheels for 03-04 accords you should go with an offset thats 44-55 ....if you dont want the wheel to stick out even the slightest bit I would recomend going with and 8' wide wheel any 8.5 wheel will stick out about 1/4 inch with a 45 offset or higher

I bought the Axis 19x8" WSM IIs. They were available in 47 or 40mm offset. They only had the 40mm offset in stock so I got them anyway, but they fit perfectly! Thank god!
