Since im stuck at home recovering from shoulder surgery with pain meds, I was wondering about mods. if the aftermarket or manufacturers or honda themselves were to read this thread and create what u suggest, what parts and would u want the most?" in other words what is your mod/oem wishlist? My list so far is this:

1. mugen suspension( like the one they have for the rsx type s but with a decent and adjustable drop!!

2. time machine( so i could buy my car w/nav). Or better yet for oem nav not to costs $4k for parts alone. Thats for us idiots that want oem nav after we bought without!!!

3. decent oem look alike foglights that wont break if a bug hits them. And ones that you dont have to protect by putting stonguard or 3m tape (sorry dont like the burnt look.)

4. the tsx rims in 18" or 19" the five star ones

5. a turbo/supercharger direct from comptech/honda with the factory warranty

(sorry to not talk about your wishlist)

I'm having my 2nd surgery on my shoulder in a couple of months. But I tore the subscapular muscle out (I have no
range of motion behind my back)

What happened? How come the first surgery didn't work?

Well the first reason is because i went to work within 6 days of surgery(disability sucks and i needed a real paycheck). I work in a warehouse, i am a mgr., but i still have to lift heavy things every once in a while. The other reason was because of the huge amounts of snow we had. I shoveled alot of snow at my parents house because i didnt want to make my dads heart condition worse then it already is by letting him shovel.

After a few times shoveling my arm felt like it was always coming out of the socket and always hurting. So i intensified my rehab and strength training in the hopes that that would help. It didnt and the pain was too much to deal with so my doctor wanted to open me up again.

The most important thing for you to do is take your time in ther healing process. Plan to take at least a couple of weeks off from work. Also just because your feeling ok a few days after surgery doesnt mean you can go start lifting stuff or playing sports or even just regular activities. In addition rehab I think is the most important thing. Its a pain in the ass and it hurts but you have to strenthen that area as much as you can.
