So I'm doing my exhaust this month (work hours permit). I rear a lot about how a y pipe kinda sucks. And true dual is better. Is there a way to make this conversion on our cars?
does the dual start after the jpipe or just after the pre-cats? I always thought it was after the j-pipe but thinking back on it putting it after the precats/PCD and running true dual with an X pipe/H pipe somewhere in there actually sounds like it could help a lot on a bigger power car.true dual cost more since you have to run double the piping .Each down pipe has its own muffler. So Eg. Pre-cat -> down pipe-> muffler x 2 for each bank.
