yes. but i don't think they fit your car. i think this has been discussed...and someone looked @ the parts manual for both cars and the pipes are all jacked up. you COULD, however, buy the mufflers and have the pipes cut off the back of them...and then cut your mufflers off and weld the TL ones on. the shape of the tip would look weird on the accord though...unless you had a body kit that went around them like the TL bumper does.
