I just bought sum wheels for my car and the measurements are 17 x 7 with a +38 offset. My car is dropped 2 inches so I was wondering if anyone have a clue of how the wheels will fit?

You shouldnt have a problem.
If you have say a 17x9 you would see offset in the low 20s.
now go down another inch in width and you would add roughly 10mm to the offset for it to look right.
